The Junior Software Engineer is an entry-level position for graduates to learn about information solutions technologies and to develop fundamental engineering and software development skills for use in customer-facing activities. This program prepares engineering and IT graduates to be cross-functional, highly technical resources that provide engineering services to deliver information solutions projects within water & wastewater, power & energy, and healthcare industries – including functional design specifications, technical application development, quality assurance, commissioning, and support, for our customers.
The program includes a combination of formal classroom training and work assignments to give engineers hands-on experience with information solution products and technologies including Augmented Reality the Industrial Internet of Things, Advanced Analytics and Cybersecurity. Training focuses on both technical and commercial competencies.
The 2 x Junior Software Engineers will have a high level of interaction with the company’s leadership and will receive many opportunities to build their professional network. The candidates will also have an opportunity to learn and work directly with the team from our partner OEMs. Upon completion of the classroom and hands-on training programs, the junior engineers will be assigned to the Projects Execution and Support division where they will be responsible for supporting customers with new project development and maintaining existing solutions for the remaining duration of the contract.
